The accreditation spreadsheet always breaks at the same point

Someone owns the master list. Departments send their own versions. A supplier adds three names in an email at 11pm. By load-in, nobody is sure which file the desk is working from, and the person at the window is not on it.

AccredTix keeps people, pass types and approvals on one event. Teams request what they need from a portal. Your staff approve from a queue. The desk searches the live list. When a name is revoked, it is revoked everywhere that list is used: print, pickup, catering, vehicles.

Team Portal so you stop being the inbox

Most of the people on an event should never have a full login. Lighting companies, artist camps and contractors need a place to add their crew, request pass types and upload what you asked for. They do not need your dashboard.

Team Portal is a branded, scoped front end. A team contact gets a signed link, then a verification code when they come back with their email. They only see their people and the modules you assigned. Your accreditation office keeps the approvals.

Show day is a search problem

The pass designer covers printable badges, CR80, fanfolds and double-sided print. Wallet passes are there to help someone pick up their credential, not to replace the badge in their lanyard. QR sits on the credential so the desk, or a partner scanner, can find the record quickly.

When the queue forms, staff search by name, email, team or serial. Check-in, outstanding inductions and which pass they hold are on that record. You are not flipping between a printout and a phone.

Yes. The Free tier runs a full event with up to 5 team members, including standard Apple and Google Wallet pickup passes. Pro is priced per month per event and adds unlimited users, custom wallet branding, Ada AI and the full audit log.

Yes. The pass designer is built for printable badges, CR80 cards, fanfolds and double-sided print. Wallet passes can go out as a pickup reminder. They are not a replacement for the printed credential.
