Event credentialing
Credentialing is the pass layer of accreditation: who gets which credential, how it looks, where it can go, and how it is checked on site. AccredTix covers pass types, allocations, design, QR, wallet passes, zones and desk search.

+ What you can run
Real modules and workflows from AccredTix, not a brochure feature list.
Define the credentials your event issues, allocate them to teams, and keep counts visible before show day.
Design printable badges and vehicle passes in product. Issue what your accreditation desk actually needs to hand out.
Credentials carry QR codes and standard Apple and Google Wallet passes on Free. Pro unlocks custom wallet branding when you want your logo and colours on the pass.
Attach zone entitlements to passes when backstage, production and public areas need different access stories.
Find people by name, email, team or serial at the accreditation desk without digging through spreadsheets.
The same people behind a credential can complete inductions, hold vehicle passes, and redeem meal allocations.
+ How it works
A short path your team can actually follow, without inventing a second process around the software.
Create pass types for the event and decide which teams can request or hold them.
Teams submit people through the portal or your staff enter them directly. Approvals decide who actually gets a credential.
Use the pass designer for print, or issue standard wallet passes, then deliver credentials ahead of site open. Pro unlocks custom wallet branding.
Search at the desk, scan QR where your workflow needs it, and keep the audit trail with the person record.

+ FAQ
In practice people use the words interchangeably. On this page we mean the credential itself: pass types, design, QR, wallet, zones and check-in. Accreditation is the wider people and approval workflow around those credentials.
Yes. Free includes standard Apple and Google Wallet passes plus printable badges from the pass designer. Pro unlocks custom wallet branding along with zones, unlimited users, Ada AI and the full audit log.
No. AccredTix is the credential and desk layer: people, pass types, zones, approvals and check-in. For actual scanning hardware we offer ScanVerse handheld RFID/NFC sync out of the box. If you already use another access or scanning system, AccredTix can integrate with that instead. It is not a turnstile or physical access-control product on its own.
Yes. You can customise branding with your own logos and background images, and design passes in the pass designer.
