Crew are busy. A 40-page site rules attachment does not get read. A builder with slides, a short video, a quiz and a signature pad at least makes the work visible, and you can see who stopped halfway.
That only matters if completion lives on the same person as the pass request. AccredTix inductions are a module on the event, not a second product your accreditation office never opens.
Signed links and one-time codes are how crew reach the induction. Team contacts can still use Team Portal for their people. The person doing the briefing does not become a full user in your workspace.
QR and access codes cover on-site catch-up when someone arrives without having opened the email. The record still lands on their name.
Accreditation staff should not have to ask safety for a separate export. Incomplete inductions stay visible on the person. You can hold the pass until the briefing is done, or at least know you are making that call.
