Today we’re publicly launching AccredTix, a free, modular accreditation and back-of-house operations portal from The Event Verse. It’s built for instant online setup, with a free tier for smaller events and venues that may be new to digital accreditation.
Our Free tier opens the full feature set to every venue and event producer, with no demo call or lengthy setup. AccredTix is a connected self-service platform: accreditation, guest lists, catering, accommodation, vehicles, inductions, document collection, advance forms, drag-and-drop pass designer, and communication modules, all ready to go in under 10 minutes.
With this release we’re also introducing our built-in AI teammate, Ada. Ada can take on work that usually eats into busy event days for accreditation staff, such as increasing allocations, preparing reports, bulk operations, answering how-to questions, clearing approval queues, and amending allocations on the fly.
As our co-founder Alex Wiseman puts it:

We first launched the legacy AccredTix system to enterprise-only clients in summer 2024. It’s already been used by teams including Cuffe & Taylor, SJM Concerts, Drumshed, Broadwick Live, Creation, AEG Presents, TAIT, and SXSW London, among others.
This latest release of AccredTix is offered in three tiers:
Free: access to all modules, with enough functionality for small events
Pro: adds AI agent Ada, in-depth reporting, mobile wallet credentials, and more, at £49.99 per month per event
Enterprise: for production teams that need extra support and unique modules developed by our in-house team
AccredTix is also linked with ScanVerse’s ready-to-go RFID scanner service. If you need it, your event team can order handheld scanners that ship pre-configured for your event and ready to use as soon as they arrive.
